Welcome to our store, and thank you for purchasing our camera product. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return or refund your item, here's our refund policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a camera, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will begin processing your refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and if you used a credit card for your purchase, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.
  • We will deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund, which covers original shipping costs and processing fees.
  • Refund processing time will depend on your bank/credit card company, and typically takes 3-5 business days.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The product has been used or damaged.
  • Returns that are damaged during shipping or logistics.
  • Return requests that are made after the 30-day window has passed.

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure you are satisfied with our service and products.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
